Q1. How does the bowtie attach to the collar?
The VCBT-26 features a dual-Velcro back panel — two Velcro tabs for a stronger, more secure hold than a single-Velcro design. Wrap the back panel around any 1.2cm Heyri cat collar and press to fix. Pops off in seconds for the wash.
Q2. Will it fit cat collars from other brands?
Yes — as long as the collar width is around 1.0–1.5cm (which covers most cat collars in the market), the dual-Velcro panel will hold securely.
Q3. Will the velvet wrinkle, warp or shrink?
No. The VCBT-26 uses heritage baby-soft velvet engineered for repeated use. It will not wrinkle, warp or shrink with normal wear.
Q4. Can I machine-wash it?
We recommend gentle hand-washing in cold water and air-drying. The bowtie is detachable so it can be removed before laundering the collar.
Q5. Why is it 8 × 4 cm and not larger?
