Most of our e-commerce clients start with ODM — choosing from our catalog of 200+ designs and adding their own logo, colors, and packaging. As their brand grows, many transition to full OEM, bringing original designs for us to manufacture. We support both models at the same 50-piece minimum.
How Our OEM Process Works — 5 Simple Steps
Inquiry & Consultation (Day 1)
You submit your product requirements (product type, quantity, logo, and reference images).
We respond within 24 hours with a price quote, MOQ confirmation, and estimated delivery timeline. Supported Channels: WhatsApp, Email, and Website Forms. If you do not have design files, our design team will assist you with creating the visuals—free of charge.
Design Confirmation & Quote (Day 2–3)
We provide design mockups for your review and approval.
Logo/Color modifications to existing stock models: 3–5 business days. Fully customized designs: 7–10 business days. Sampling fees are charged at cost and are refundable upon placement of the initial bulk order.
Sample shipment via express courier (DHL/FedEx; delivery within 3–5 days).
Bulk Production & QC (Day 11–25)
Confirm bulk order placement and pay a 30% deposit
Production Lead Time: 10–15 business days 100% full inspection of every batch (not random sampling) Progress updates provided via photos and videos during production
Product photography arranged for qualifying orders
Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales

Can I mix different designs in one order?
Yes. You can combine multiple designs in one order, as long as each design meets the 50 pcs MOQ.
Do you charge for design help?
No. Simple logo placement and artwork adjustments are free. Complex custom pattern design may have a small fee, confirmed upfront.
Can I order just one sample first?
Yes. We encourage sampling. Sample fee is at cost and refundable when you place a bulk order.
What if I don't like the sample?
We revise and resample at no additional charge until you're satisfied (within the agreed design scope).
Do you protect my custom design?
Absolutely. Your designs are never shared with or sold to any other buyer. This is our strict policy.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can label and pack to Amazon FBA requirements, and ship directly to your designated warehouse.
