We designed this double bowl to solve all three at once. The two bowls are permanently joined at a center zipper seam, so they never separate and get lost from each other in a bag. Each side collapses independently through three telescoping layers, and the zipper closes the whole unit into a flat, coin-shaped case that clips onto a leash, bag, or crate door with the integrated loop.

The two bowls are molded and assembled as a single connected unit, joined at a center zipper seam. This is a meaningful difference from bowls sold as two separate collapsible cups — our customers cannot lose one half in a bag, and the zipper seam keeps both compartments aligned and stable when placed on the ground.
The left and right bowls do not share a wall or bottom surface. Food residue and water do not mix, and odor from wet food or treats does not transfer to the water side. Each bowl compresses through three silicone rings that nest inside each other, similar to a collapsible cup. The integrated dual-bowl base measures 33 cm across when expanded, giving the unit a wide footprint that resists tipping — a common failure point for narrow single-cup collapsible bowls, especially with excited or large-breed dogs. We measured our wall thickness at 1.92 mm against a competing collapsible bowl at 1.52 mm using a digital thickness gauge. The additional thickness matters for two reasons: the bowl holds its shape through more fold cycles before the silicone starts to sag, and the wall resists puncture and tearing from claws or teeth better than thinner-wall competitors.
The zipper is sewn into the perimeter of the case, not glued, which is the more durable construction method for a component that will be opened and closed daily. A fabric carry loop is attached at one edge so the folded case can clip to a leash, backpack strap, or crate door.
The silicone is tested food-grade material — safe for direct food and water contact, free of BPA and phthalates, and odor-free out of the mold.
