matching padded mesh harness instead of (or in addition to) a collar.

50 pcs per set (single colour / pattern). For mixed colour or pattern orders, the total MOQ is 200 pcs across the category, allowing wholesalers to test multiple ranges in a single PO.
Q3. Can I customise the colour, fabric or hardware?
Yes — Heyri offers 4 OEM tiers: (1) hangtag / care-label branding, (2) custom packaging, (3) custom fabric / hardware / size, (4) full private-label artwork. Custom fabric requires MOQ 500 pcs per colour and a 4-week dye lot.
Q4. Are the hardware buckles strong enough for large dogs?
Yes — Heyri uses patented zinc-alloy hardware rated for dogs up to 50 kg on standard sizes and 80 kg+ on the Corduroy Mesh Sport / Leather XL sets. Stress-test reports available on request.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means Heyri pays all export duties, import taxes, and last-mile delivery. The price quoted at PO is your final landed cost — no surprise customs bills for you or your customer.

Yes — Tier-1 OEM (hangtag + care label + outer tag replacement) is available for all major cross-border platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee. Tag-replacement is not available for Temu and Shein.
Q8. Are the patterns and prints exclusive to Heyri?
Yes — every fabric pattern (including the 6 mill-exclusive corduroy stripes, 13 British plaids, 18 fruit & flower prints, 11 festival prints, Louis-pattern leather) is designed in-house and protected by Heyri's CN / EUIPO / UKIPO design patents. Safe to list on every platform.
Q9. What's the lead time for a 500-piece custom order?
15–25 working days for Tier 1–3 OEM (branding, packaging, fabric / size). 25–30 working days for Tier 4 full private label with original artwork. Add 5–9 days for air freight or 25–40 days for sea.
