Widths from 1.5 cm to 3.5 cm, sizes XS (20–28 cm) through XL (54–72 cm). Toy breeds use 1.5 cm × XS/S; medium breeds 2.0 cm × M/L; large breeds 2.5–3.5 cm × L/XL. Custom sizing available on OEM orders 500 pcs+.
Q2. Is the buckle quick-release?
Yes — patented zinc-alloy single-thumb quick-release buckle opens with a one-handed press. Tested 10,000+ cycles for fatigue resistance. Available on all collar families except the colour-buckle printed range, which uses a coloured plastic version.
Q3. Will the collar damage my dog's fur?
No — every Heyri collar uses soft-padded edges and either double-layer fabric or pre-softened leather. The smooth interior prevents fur abrasion on long-haired breeds (golden retriever, husky, collie, Pomeranian).

Yes — OEM Tier 1 (no MOQ increase) supports custom hangtag + care label; Tier 3 (MOQ 500 pcs) supports embroidered names directly on the collar.
Q5. Which collar is best for puppies?
The Velvet, Corduroy or Fruit & Flower collar in XS or S — lightweight (under 25 g), soft-edged, and the multiple adjustment holes grow with the puppy from 12 weeks to 6 months.

The Leather Dog Collar in L or XL (2.5–3.5 cm wide) or the Louis Plaid Leather Collar XL — reinforced D-ring rated 80 kg+, double-row stitching, and a riveted buckle for security.
Q7. Are the collar fabrics machine-washable?
Yes — velvet, corduroy, plaid, fruit & flower, festival, teddy velvet and print series collars are cold-wash gentle-cycle safe (mesh bag, lay flat to dry). Leather and suede collars should be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned periodically.
Q8. Are the patterns exclusive to Heyri?
Yes — all fabric patterns are designed in-house and protected by CN, EUIPO and UKIPO design patents. The 6 mill-exclusive corduroy stripe colourways (Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, White, Black) are sole-sourced from Heyri's partner mill.
