Always a harness, never a collar. Cats can choke or injure their trachea if a leash pulls on a neck collar. The cat leash should clip to the D-ring on a 5-point-adjustable escape-proof cat harness — available in our Cat Collar Set category. The breakaway collar is for ID-tag purposes only.
